Glass Training & Education was created by Dr. Susie Lachowski-Glass to provide:​

• Education, certifications, and courses to all Exercise Science and Sports Medicine professionals who would like to take their skills and expertise to the next level within their field

• Training to clients and athletes of all age groups and populations by utilizing current research, data, and practices to enhance performance, health and well-being, and quality of life of each individual

• Special expertise is in Blood Flow Restriction Training, CPR + First Aid
